Updated Details As Burlington Co. COVID Vaccine Sites Announced

BURLINGTON COUNTY, NJ — Updated information has been released now that the state is offering vaccines at two locations in Burlington County, with another mass-vaccination site coming soon.

In a news release, the Garden State's health department said the effort to vaccinate health care workers and long-term care facility residents will continue through early 2021.

The department said it will launch a statewide vaccine scheduling system in early 2021 to help Phase 1A recipients find nearby vaccination sites. In the meantime, Shoprite stores in Burlington County are offering vaccinations to health care workers.

The state is also opening six mass-vaccination hubs in January, including one at the Moorestown Mall in Burlington County.

In Burlington County, vaccinations will be offered to health care workers at:

To schedule a vaccination appointment, health care workers must directly call the vaccination site.

The state encourages those who are not yet eligible to be vaccinated to continue wearing a mask, social distancing and avoiding unnecessary gatherings. residents can also stay informed by subscribing to Vax Matters, the NJDOH's vaccination newsletter.

The DOH will also host a COVID-19 vaccination essentials webinar, co-hosted with Rutgers Project ECHO and the Nicholas Foundation.

The New Jersey Vaccine Scheduling System (NJVSS) will be available in the coming weeks, the department of health said. When it is up and running, a link will be posted on the DOH's COVID-19 portal.
