Hackettstown Sets Halloween Curfew
Costumed kiddies will only be allow to trick-or-treat from 4-8 p.m. on Halloween.
HACKETTSTOWN, N.J.– Costumed kiddies will only be allowed to trick-or-treat from 4-8 p.m. this Halloween in Hackettstown.
A curfew for all juveniles is in place from Oct. 28–Oct. 31, as well – they are not allowed to be out
unsupervised between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. unless they are going to or coming from work; involved in a medical emergency; or attending extracurricular activities or religious services, according to an ordinance.
