A 69-year-old Warren County resident, who was driving a Honda, sustained fatal injuries, according to State Police.
HOPE TOWNSHIP, NJ — A three-vehicle crash involving a dump truck and a mail truck killed a woman Thursday morning in Warren County, according to State Police. Mary Ann Boatman, 69, of Great Meadows, sustained fatal injuries, authorities said.
The incident occurred at 10:50 a.m. Thursday on County Route 521 in Hope Township, according to State Tpr. Charles Marchan. It began with a Kenworth truck traveling north, while a Grumman Allied LLV U.S. Mail vehicle moved south, followed by a Honda CRV — driven by Boatman — police said.
Around Dogwood Drive, the dump truck crossed the double yellow line and sideswiped the mail vehicle, Marchan said. The dump truck continued north before hitting the Honda head-on, according to police.
