Christian Semper was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.

A Washington Township man was arrested in Hackettstown recently after punching through a glass door and being uncooperative with police, Sgt. Darren Tynan said.

At 2:11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 26, officers responded to a residence on Valentine Street for a report of a man who broke the glass on a victim’s front door, Tynan said.

When officers arrived they found Christian Semper, 23, sitting on a couch located on the front porch and “appeared to be intoxicated,” Tynan said.
