NJ Bus With 11 Kids Onboard Struck In Highway Crash: Police

EMS personnel evaluated both drivers for minor injuries, police said.

HOPE TOWNSHIP, NJ - A school bus carrying children on a New Jersey highway was involved in a crash in Warren County Saturday afternoon, authorities said.

The crash took place at around 1:25 p.m. on County Road 519 (Hope Bridgeville Road) in Hope Township, state police confirmed to Patch.

An initial investigation found that a school bus with 11 children on board was traveling on CR-519 when a passenger vehicle entered the roadway from a driveway and struck the bus, police said.

No injuries were reported to the children as a result of the crash, police said.

Both drivers were evaluated by EMS personnel for minor injuries, police added.
