HACKETTSTOWN, N.J.– A 28-year-old Pennsylvania man was arrested and charged with DWI in Hackettstown on Monday, police said.

The officer detected the odor of alcohol and came to the opinion that Louis Schwarz III of Walnutport, Pa., was under the influence, Sgt. Darren Tynan said.Schwarz was also charged with improper left turn, according to Tynan.
