Street Fair and Craft Show Coming in September

More than 100 vendors will make this year's fair bigger, better than ever.

Going back to school can be tough, but having something to look forward to over the weekends certainly makes it easier.

The seventh annual Hackettstown Street Fair and Craft Show will take on Main Street from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sept. 15, just after kids get out of their first full week of school.

According to the Hackettstown Business Improvement District website, this year's fair will feature live musical performances, clowns and a mime, inflatable rides and numerous games for the entire family.

Lunch and dinner will be available from the numerous food vendors, and artists, craftsmen and other local vendors, over 100 in all, will offer their wares.

Admission and parking for the fair are free

Traffic along Main Street will be closed to cars between Plane Street and High Street during the fair.

The Business Improvement District and WRNJ: The Local Station will sponsor the 2013 Street Fair, and WRNJ will conduct a live broadcast from the fair.
