Toms River Woman Busted With Weed, Bowl in Hackettstown: Police

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J.– A 19-year-old Toms River woman was arrested and charged with marijuana possession after a motor vehicle stop in Hackettstown on Wednesday, authorities said.

An investigation yielded one glassine bag with marijuana, two glassine bags of marijuana residue, a multi-colored glass bowl with marijuana residue, and three packages of wrapping papers, Sgt. Darren Tynan said.

Lauren Matteo was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and issued summonses for possession of CDS in a motor vehicle and failure to stop at a stop sign, Tynan said.
