Haddonfield's China King Makes National Top 100 List

Haddonfield’s China King restaurant was named one of the top 100 takeout restaurants in the country this month.

 Winners were picked at the 7^th annual award ceremony of Chinese Restaurant News in San Francisco last week.

“Chinese Restaurant News introduced the first Top 100 Chinese Restaurants Awards in 2004. It has since become a tradition for members of the Chinese restaurant industry to come together for this annual event,” said Kong Yu, the publisher of Chinese Restaurant News.

 The theme for this year’s event was “The Future of Chinese Dining and Its 150-Year History in America. The Top 100 Chinese Restaurant Awards welcomed international chefs to San Francisco from China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Canada, and Australia.

 Located  at 401 N. Haddon Ave. near the corner of Hawthorne, China King offers Cantonese, Szechuan and Hunan style Chinese cuisine.
