$10K Awarded To Hillsborough Non-Profit Organizations
The ceremonial checks were awarded to the organizations by Mayor John Ciccarelli.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Eight local non-profit organizations received more than $10,000 in total in awards through the Hillsborough Rewards Program at the Oct. 14 Township Committee Meeting.
Representatives from each organization were present to accept ceremonial checks presented by Mayor John Ciccarelli.
The 2025 grant recipients are:

- Boy Scout Troop 1776: $699
- Dance for the Cure: $535
- Gigi’s Playhouse: $2,000
- Hillsborough Rockettes and Rockets: $2,000
- Hillsborough UNICO: $1,200
- Mary, Mother of God Youth Group: $2,000
- Resolution Run DBA/Project Graduation: $1,300
- Hillsborough Memorial VFW Post #8371: $383.83
The total amount awarded on Oct. 14 was $10,117.83. Since the program’s inception in 2008, more than $100,000 in grants have been awarded to community-based youth, senior, and other local non-profit organizations.
This is the final disbursement of funds from the Hillsborough Rewards Program as the funds collected for the grant program have been exhausted.

"The Hillsborough Rewards Program has been a great resource for our qualifying local organizations to obtain funding without any expense to our Township taxpayers," stated Ciccarelli.
