Flooding from a morning deluge closed Route 206 and Camplain Road, creating traffic backups through Thursday morning.
Traffic was being diverted to 13th Street in Manville, but backed up for a mile or more on Route 206.
Police closed the road at about 8:40 a.m. Thursday, and weren't able to re-open the road until shortly before noon.
