Free Blood Pressure Screenings To Be Held In Hillsborough

The Hillsborough Township Health Department is hosting free blood pressure screenings this month as part of American Heart Month.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The Hillsborough Township Health Department is hosting free blood pressure screenings this month as part of American Heart Month.

A free blood pressure screening will be available at two upcoming clinics in partnership with Amwell Pharmacy and Rutgers Pharmacy School.

The clinics will be held on Thursday, Feb. 6 and 13 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Hillsborough Municipal Building Multipurpose Room.

"Checking your blood pressure is crucial because it helps identify potential health risks, especially since high blood pressure (hypertension) often has no noticeable symptoms. This is the perfect opportunity to check your blood pressure and receive personalized advice," according to the health department.

No appointment is necessary.
