Hillsborough To Host Pediatric COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Nov. 18

The Hillsborough Township Health Department and Green Brook Family Medicine will provide Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines for ages 5-11 Thursday.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The Hillsborough Township Health Department and Green Brook Family Medicine will provide Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines for ages 5-11 this Thursday, Nov. 18.

Vaccinations will take place from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Hillsborough Township Offices, which is at 379 S. Branch Road.

Patients must be registered in advance at this link.

At the clinic:

  1. Please bring your child’s insurance card to the clinic if they have insurance. The vaccine is free of charge.
  2. A parent/guardian is required to be present with their child.
  3. Dr. Frank or Dr. Cook will be available at the clinic to address any COVID vaccine-related questions.
  4. In addition, both the Moderna COVID Vaccine/Booster for adults ages 18 and up as well as the Pfizer COVID Vaccine/Booster for ages 12 and up will be available for eligible family members.
  • Pre-registration is not needed for these two vaccines.
  • Please bring your insurance and COVID card to the clinic.
