Hillsborough Warehouse Hearings On Thursday Planning Agenda
Public hearings for the Homestead Road and Amwell Road warehouses are slated to take place Thursday, per meeting documents.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - Public hearings for two major warehouse developments proposed in Hillsborough are slated to take place Thursday during the latest Hillsborough Planning Board meeting, per municipal documents.
Applicant Homestead Road LLC will be seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval to reconfigure two lots, demolish existing structures and construct two warehouse/office buildings on 203 and 189 Homestead Road.

Craig Gianetti, Esq. of Day Pitney, LLP; Michael K. Ford, PE, PP, of Van Cleef Engineering Associates, LLC; Gary Dean, PE of Dolan & Dean; Christine Nazzaro-Cofone, PP, AICP of Cofone Consulting Group, LL; Edward Kuc, Principal Ecologist of Eastern States Environmental Associates, Inc. and Glenn Stock, Eric Greif, and Kenneth Greif are set to present to the planning board on behalf of the applicant.
On tap to speak out against the project are Michael Pisauro, Jr. of The Watershed Institute; Clay Emerson of Princeton Hydro; Scott Gross, a member Representative of Local Citizens Against Traffic (LCAT); resident John Lanahan and Brian Tarantino, a member representative of Stop Warehouses and Trucks (SWAT).

Applicant 303 Amwell LLC will be seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval to construct an 85,348-square-foot warehouse on a property in Hillsborough’s corporate development zone.
Matthew Flynn of Savo, Schalk, Corsini, Warner, Gillespie, O’Grodnick & Fisher, P.A.; Civil engineer John Manilio, PE of ManTERRA Design LLC; Traffic engineer Douglas Polyniak, PE of Dolan & Dean Consulting Engineers, LLC; John McDonough, PE of John McDonough Associates, LLC; Architect Roberto Martinez, RA, Redcom Design & Construction LLC and Nick Braco, PP/LLA and Greg Redington, PE of Redcom Design & Construction LLC are set to present to the planning board on behalf of the applicant.
