Ageless Grace is a fitness and wellness program that is based on the cutting-edge science of neuroplasticity (the ability of the brain and central nervous system to change structurally and functionally). It is designed to activate all five functions of the brain - strategic planning, memory and recall, analytical thinking, creativity and imagination, and kinesthetic learning.
The program is intended for people of all ages and abilities and can be performed while sitting or standing. Ageless Grace incorporates 21 simple exercise tools that focus on joint mobility, spinal flexibility, right-left brain coordination, cognitive function, balance and playfulness.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and sneakers.

Operated by the Somerset County Office on Aging and Disability Services, the Hillsborough and Warrenbrook Senior Centers are multipurpose facilities that offer a variety of educational, recreational and entertaining activities for active older adults, including wellness programs and health screenings. The centers are accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Somerset County senior centers offer a wide range of experiences designed for lifelong enrichment in a social and uplifting atmosphere, intended to positively impact overall health. Many of these programs are funded, in part, through the Older Americans Act.
Help the Office on Aging and Disability Services improve existing services by taking a Needs Assessment Survey (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/CB68ZG7). The purpose of this survey is to get the opinions of residents on what services are needed to ensure quality of life for older adults. We will use this information to guide decisions about the provision of community-based senior services in Somerset County.
