New Daycare Center To Open In Hillsborough

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A new daycare is opening in Hillsborough Township.

Kinn Academy will be leasing 6,269 square feet of industrial/flex space at the Hillsborough Business Center at 133 Stryker Lane in Hillsborough, according to Larken Associates, who negotiated the lease.

Kinn Academy will include a fenced outdoor play area that is also leased to The Little Gym.

The Hillsborough Business Center is a 550,000-square foot, 27-building industrial/flex complex located one block east of Route 206 in Somerset County.

"Whether it is space for an industrial tenant, a brand-new craft brewery or a daycare, the flexible construction of Hillsborough Business Center has proven time and time again that it can accommodate for the needs of any tenant," said Rob Marek, Executive Vice President of Raider Realty, the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates. "We are excited to welcome Kinn Academy to the property as we know it provides an ideal place for them to grow and adds a valuable service to the surrounding community for those with childcare needs."
