New Outdoor Space Added To Hillsborough Brewery To Enjoy Craft Beer, Music, Food Trucks
Flounder Brewing Co. expanded its outdoor space into the scenic back field at Carriage Farm in Hillsborough.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough brewery, Flounder Brewing Co., is expanding its outdoor space into the scenic back field at Carriage Farm for the fall season.
The new field area allows visitors to bring their own chairs, blankets, and even four-legged friends to spread out, relax, and take in the beauty of the farm while enjoying craft beer, live music, and local food trucks.
"Expanding into the back field was about creating more opportunities for people to connect — with each other, with the farm, and with our beer," said Jeremy Lees, founder of Flounder Brewing. "Fall is such a special season in New Jersey. We’re excited to give our guests an unforgettable place to enjoy it— whether that’s bringing the dog, catching a songwriter in the barn, or simply sipping a Märzen while the leaves change."
