Off-Track Horse Racing Betting At The Former Maestro's?
A restaurant-wagering operation is envisioned for the property by a developer.
The former Maestro restaurant on Route 206 Southbound is being eyed by a company that operates an off-track horse betting and restaurant business in Woodbridge, according to an article in the Hillsborough Beacon.
At its last meeting, the township approved a liquor license transfer and introduced local legislation related to how property tax payments could be handled at the property, which qualifies for a five-year exemption, the paper said.
