Reminder: Primary Election Day in Hillsborough

Polls opened at 6 a.m. and will remain open until 8 p.m. Tuesday.

Hillsborough residents are fulfilling their “civic duties” by heading to the polls today to cast ballots in the primary election.

Polls will be open from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, at a number of locations across Hillsborough Township.

Three residents are on the ballot for two posts on the Hillsborough Township Committee.

Incumbent Republicans Carl Suraci and Greg Burchette and Democrat Ann Harris all filed for the election. Suraci and Burchette are seeking their fifth and second three-year terms, respectively.

Two positions of the five-member Township Committee will be decided in the election.

Districts 9, 11, 20, 25 and 27

Districts 2, 13, 14, 16, 19 and 33

Mary, Mother of God Church

Districts 4, 18, 22, 23 and 31

Hillsborough High School

Districts 5, 6, 7, 12 and 17

Hillsborough Middle School

Districts 3, 10, 15, 21, 24, 26, 28, 29 and 32
