Hillsborough Police: Reports of House Burglary, Scrap Metal Theft
The two separate incidents were reported to police in February.
Hillsborough Township Police released a report on Friday regarding two reports of theft.
On Feb. 19, a Hamilton Road homeowner told police someone broke into their home during the daytime and took $4,100 worth of goods.
On Feb. 26, police received a report that various types of scrap metal were taken from outside a business in Stryker Lane. Also taken were two metal rails attached to a work vehicle. The items were valued at $700.
