'Ring And Run,' DWI Arrests, Breaking Into Vacant Houses Reported In Hillsborough

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Kids playing "Ring and Run," DWI arrests, shoplifting, and burglaries into vacant homes were reported in July in Hillsborough.

On July 3: Amit Mishra, 37, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Triangle Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 6: Elijah Cotton, 34, of Franklin, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Amsterdam Drive. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 6: Hector Barrantes-Sanches, 31, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop at 273 Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 6: Kevin Galeo, 26, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a motor vehicle crash investigation on South Branch Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 7: Hillsborough Police received reports of juveniles playing "Ring and Run" in different areas of the town. The juveniles were eventually identified as two 16-year-old males from Hillsborough. They were advised to stop their mischievous activities.

On July 7: Eddie Infantee, 37, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a motor vehicle crash investigation on Amwell Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 8: Hillsborough Township Finance Department reported they received a counterfeit $50 bill while making a bank deposit. It was unknown who gave the bill and when it was received. The bill was turned over to the Secret Service.

On July 9: A resident of Hillsborough reported that their vacant property on Amwell Road was entered, and copper pipes and other items were stolen. The investigation is ongoing.

On July 14: Kyle Yannuzzi, 30, of Hillsborough, was charged with two counts of theft of moveable property (Disorderly Persons) after Weis Supermarket (315 Rt. 206) reported on July 4 that he stole a grill from the rear parking lot. This grill was valued at $250. They also reported he then returned to the rear of the store and stole a second grill on July 6, which was valued at $200. He was served with his charges and given a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 15: Lauren Musumeci, 43, of Manville, was charged with hindering (Disorderly Persons) after she provided a fake name to an officer while on a traffic stop on Route 206. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 19: Bryan Riordan, 37, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Triangle Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 19: Rana Iqbal, 37, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Amwell Road. She was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 19: Edward Wojciechowsky, 70, of Manville, was charged with theft (Disorderely Persons) after it was found he took cash out of a wallet that was dropped in the parking lot of Bottle King (626 Rt. 206). He then discarded the wallet and left the scene. Brian Mastropieri, 64, of Hopewell, was also charged with theft (Disorderely Persons) after he picked up the same wallet and left the parking lot with it. Both were served their charges and advised of their Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 20: Shelton Rouland, 57, of Hillsborough, was charged with hindering (Disorderly Persons) after he provided a fake name to an officer while on a traffic stop on Amwell Road. He was served his summons and advised of his Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 20: Stuart Colangelo, 57, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 20: Brandon Then, 30, of Virgina Beach, VA, was arrested for DWI while on a motor vehicle crash investigation on East Mountain. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 20: Ivan Malinine, 41, of Hillsborough, was charged with disorderly conduct (Disorderly Persons) and defiant trespassing (PDP) after he was being belligerent to Applebee’s (315 Rt. 206) staff and refused to leave. He was served his summonses and advised of his Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 23: A resident of Sebring Round reported a package was opened on his front porch after delivery. The victim reported medication was stolen. The investigation is ongoing.

On July 23: Two vehicles were entered while parked at 600 Rt. 206. Both vehicles were reported to have been locked, however tools and car parts were removed. The value of the items was $2,040. The investigation is ongoing.

On July 24: Antoneil Sismon, 31, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Camplain Road. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 25: Duke Farms (130 River Road) reported an unknown actor forced entry into an abandoned structure on their property. Nothing was reported stolen, and the investigation is ongoing.

On July 26: A resident of Hillsborough reported her wallet was stolen while she was at the Meineke (626 Rt. 206) getting her vehicle serviced. The investigation is ongoing.

On July 27: Michael Zandier, 41, of Hillsborough, was charged with shoplifting(Disorderly Persons) from an incident on June 21, where he stole $185.52 worth of items. He was also charged with a second count of shoplifting (Disorderly Persons) for a report on July 17, where he stole $199 worth of items. He was identified when he used his rewards card at checkout. He was served his summonses and advised of his Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 27: A resident of Farm Road reported an unknown actor entered his residence and stole $2,000 in cash from his safe. The investigation is ongoing.

On July 28: Stuart Colangelo, 57, of Hillsborough, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.

On July 29: Duke Farms (130 River Road) reported that a vacant house on the property was entered. Nothing was taken from the building and there was damage found to the front door and window. The investigation is ongoing.

On July 29: Ibrahim Elsayed, 64, of South Amboy, was arrested for DWI while on a traffic stop on Route 206. He was processed and released with a Hillsborough Township Municipal Court date.
