Self Defense Seminar Offered For Hillsborough Residents

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The Parks and Recreation Department is hosting a Self Defense Seminar from Kickside Martial Arts for Hillsborough families.

The seminar for ages 18 years old and up will be held on Friday, Jan. 9 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the Hillsborough Municipal Complex (rear multi-purpose room).

Learn essential and practical skills and techniques for staying safe and confident in real-world situations.
