Howell Welcomes Community To National Night Out Event
The annual event aims to reinforce community ties and includes music, giveaways and demonstrations.

HOWELL, NJ — Howell Township will hold its annual National Night Out Against Crime event Tuesday at Soldier Memorial Park in Howell.
The free event, which aims to build community connections with the police department and with neighbors, is set for 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. It is a local celebration of the National Night Out Against Crime that was launched in the 1980s to bring communities together.
There will be demonstrations, giveaways, music and more. The event is sponsored by the Howell Township Police Department and the Howell Police Athletic League.
