Adelphia Road Realignment Work Continues In Howell; See The Latest Road Closures

HOWELL, NJ — Ketchum Road will be closed for about five weeks at Adelphia Road as Monmouth County continues work on a project realigning Adelphia Road, Howell officials announced.

The closure is 24 hours a day, seven days a week with no access from Adelphia Road, Howell officials said. Detours will be in place at Havens Bridge Road, West Farms Road and Casino Drive will be utilized as the detour routes. School buses and emergency services are aware of the closure, authorities said.

There will be times during this five weeks that one lane of Adelphia Road will be closed and detoured during the day, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., officials said.

Traffic will be detoured to Fairfield and Merrick Roads during this time.

The Adelphia Road realignment is anticipated to be completed by the end of the summer, officials said.
