L.E.A.D. Fest Carnival Supports Anti-Bullying, Anti-Drug Programs In Howell

Ride the rides, enjoy some entertainment and help support Howell police efforts to curtail drugs, bullying and violence in the community.

HOWELL, NJ — L.E.A.D. Fest, a carnival to support efforts by Howell Township police to curtail drug use, bullying and violence in the community, kicks off Friday in the township.

The carnival is being held at the Xcape Theaters property through Sunday, May 11. Hours are 5 p.m. to close Monday through Friday, and 3 p.m. to close Saturdays and Sundays.

Admission to the carnival is $5, and tickets or passes must be purchased to ride the rides. A special $25 Mega Pass that includes admission and rides is available for purchase until 4 p.m. Friday, May 2, on the L.E.A.D Fest website.

After 4 p.m. Friday, the Mega Pass is $30 or $40 depending on the day.

"Join us in our mission to help create safer, healthier communities free of drugs, bullying, and violence across the United States," the organization says.
