• Nationwide network access outside New Jersey through the First Health National PPO Network;
• The CCHP can be offered alongside any or all of the Affiliated Physicians and Employers Health Plan Trust’s twelve other plan options including: PPO, Open Access POS, Network Only and HSA/HRA Compatible alternatives;
• Features convenient composite rating (unlike the age-banded format used by other carriers) and a focus on Wellness, Disease Prevention and Coordination of Care;
• COBRA/NJ Continuation administration is included at no cost to the employer and HRA/FSA administration is available with no monthly cost and an annual set-up/renewal fee of only $250;
• Member advocacy services and a wide variety of competitive Dental, Vision, Life, Long Term Disability and Voluntary Benefit programs available through the PIER Practice Solutions / CBIZ marketing partnership.
