Jersey City 2024 Election Day Guide: Who's Running, Where To Vote

Heated school board races and congressional elections are on Jersey City residents' ballots.

HUDSON COUNTY, NJ — Besides the presidential election on Nov. 5, Hudson County voters, including in Jersey City, have congressional and school board candidates to choose on Tuesday.

You can see the Jersey City school board candidates on the right of your ballot (see the Jersey City sample ballot with the candidates here). You can vote for any three candidates for three-year terms.

For Congress, incumbent Rob Menendez Jr., a Democrat, takes on Republican Anthony Valdes and Labor Party candidate Pablo R. Rivera.
