Large Dentist Office Coming To Jersey City Heights Shopping Center

JERSEY CITY, NJ — A new dental practice will replace the old at a shopping plaza in Jersey City Heights, said a real estate firm on Monday.

Dental Associates has leased 1,260 square feet at Heights Plaza in Jersey City, said Josh Krantz of Lee & Associates New Jersey, who negotiated the lease for a space that had long served as a dental practice.

Dental Associates and its affiliates have more than 20 locations throughout New York City, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, including one on Kennedy Blvd.

Krantz represented both the landlord – his long-time client The Alta Group – and the tenant in the transaction, they said.

“Dental Associates is a perfect fit for Heights Plaza, a location that has long been home to a successful practice serving a densely populated community,” Krantz said. “This new tenant was drawn by the property’s most notable distinguishing feature — it is the only retail center with a parking lot in the Heights neighborhood — as well as the strong in-place co-tenants and an attentive owner/operator.”

Located at 741 Secaucus Road, Heights Plaza is fully leased, with additional tenants including Value Fresh Market, Walgreens, AutoZone and McDonald’s.
