Suspect In Fatal Jersey City Shooting Is Still At Large: Hudson County Prosecutor
A Union County man who crashed into a tree in Jersey City was found with a fatal bullet wound. Prosecutors are looking for the suspect.

Police responded around 4 p.m. on that date to a report of a car that had crashed into a tree near Old Bergen Road and Merritt Street, prosecutors said.
Devon Reid, 39, of Elizabeth was discovered with a gunshot wound to the neck in the driver's seat, said the Hudson County Prosecutor's Office.

He was pronounced dead at Jersey City Medical Center at approximately 7:16 p.m.
Gerard Rosario, 28, of Jersey City, has been charged with murder, as well as weapons charges, prosecutors said on Wednesday.

"The defendant should not be approached and anyone with information regarding Rosario’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Office of the Hudson County Prosecutor," prosecutors said.
