Ex-NJ Gov. McGreevey And 6 Other Mayoral Candidates File To Run In Jersey City Election
Former NJ Gov. McGreevey and 6 other candidates filed to run in Jersey City's November mayoral election. See who.

JERSEY CITY, NJ — As expected, former New Jersey Gov. Jim McGreevey and several local officials submitted forms late Thursday to run for mayor of Jersey City — but the field has widened.
A total of seven people filed to run for the top spot by the end of the business day on Thursday, said a Jersey City spokeswoman.
Mayor Steve Fulop confirmed that day that he would not seek another term. He had run for governor in the Democratic primary, but lost the nomination to Mike Sherrill.
