Watch Jersey City Police Christmas Shop With Kids
The police officers wanted to give kids a positive outlook about their local police officers.
JERSEY CITY, NJ — Some of Jersey City's finest brightened the lives of some local kids recently.
Officers with the Jersey City Police Department took some local kids Christmas shopping recently.
"The idea was to grab as many kids as we could who have been exposed to violence in our community. We wanted to make their Christmas a little brighter," said Chief Michael Kelly.
