IHOP Sets Opening Date For New Forked River Location
Get ready to chow down on some pancakes this month, as IHOP's newest location is officially set to open in Forked River.
LACEY, NJ — Pancake lovers have reason to celebrate. IHOP's newest location in Forked River is officially set to open on Dec. 9, a spokesperson for the restaurant chain told Patch.
The famed breakfast eatery will open at 113 S. Main St., replacing the longtime Perkins, which closed its doors this past October. The closure of the Forked River Perkins meant that the chain no longer has any presence in Ocean County.
Since the closure of Perkins, the building has undergone renovations ahead of IHOP's opening. Perkins employees were also rehired to work at the upcoming IHOP.
