Lanoka Harbor Woman Indicted on Phony RX Charge

Grand juries hand up indictments

A Lanoka Harbor woman is accused of attempting to obtain drugs by fraud. 

Judith A. Robertozzi, 47, was indicted last week by an Ocean County grand jury and accused of passing a phony prescription for oxycodone at ShopRite in Berkeley on Aug. 17. Police said she also had oxycodone in her possession when arrested.

Robertozzi was charged with attempting to obtain a controlled dangerous substance by fraud, uttering a forged instrument and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.

She was released on a summons.

  • Timothy M. Downing, 34, of Forked River on a drug charge.

Downing was arrested Sept. 9 in Berkeley and accused of possessing cocaine. He was released on a summons.

  • Kyle J. Skora, 32, of Bayville on a driving while suspended charge.

Skora was arrested Aug. 22 in Lacey and accused of driving while suspended after his second drunken driving conviction.

He was released on a summons.
