June 20: Summer Heat, Community Information Night, Origami Club

1. Today is the first day of summer. The high will be near 93 degrees. Stay cool and  

2. There’s a fashion show at the Bonnet Island Estate from 3 to 6 p.m.

3. Children ages nine to 12 can stop by the Lacey Library from 4 to 5 p.m. to participate in the Origami Club.

4. Oyster Creek is holding its annual Community Information night from 5 to 8 p.m. at the station’s Education Center located off Route 9 on Intake View Lane, just north of the plant’s main entrance. or email elaine.piniat@patch.com. We’ll try our best to get you answers. 

5. Various arts and crafts will be on Jenkinson’s Boardwalk at 6 p.m.
