Lacey Cops: Beachwood Woman Found Slumped Over In Car In 7-Eleven Parking Lot Charged With Drunk Driving
Stephanie Lyons, 42, also charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, police chief says.h

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently arrested a Beachwood woman for drunken driving after she was found slumped over the passenger side of a vehicle in the 7-Ellen parking lot on Route 9 North in Lanoka Harbor, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Michael Verwey was on patrol at 2:58 a.m. on Oct. 8 when he spotted an improperly parked vehicle in the parking lot. The driver of the vehicle, Stephanie A. Lyons, 43, Beachwood Boulevard, was arrested for driving under the influence and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, the chief said.
Lyons was taken to police headquarters where she was also charged with reckless driving, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and possession of a prescription legend drug, DiBella said.

The vehicle she was driving was impounded pursuant to John’s Law.
