Lacey Police Charge Lanoka Harbor Man With Drunk Driving
Arrest came after a motor vehicle stop for a traffic violation, chief says.

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently charged a Lanoka Harbor man with driving under the influence after a motor vehicle stop on East Lacey Road in Forked River, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officer Scott Keefe stopped Christian Lee, 25, Haines Street East, at 11:18 p.m. on April 28 for a traffic light violation, the chief said.
Investigation at the scene led to Lee's arrest for driving under the influence. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with reckless driving, failure to observe signal, failure to maintain lane, making an improper left hand turn, driving an unregistered vehicle and possession of alcohol in a motor vehicle, DiBella said.

The vehicle he was driving was impounded pursuant to John’s Law, the chief said.
