Lacey Police Charge Toms River Man With Drunken Driving Outside Of Captain's Inn
Police responded to a disturbance at the restaurant on Oct. 1, police chief says

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Lacey police recently charged a Toms River man with drunk driving after they responded to a disturbance outside of the Captain's Inn, Police Chief Michael C. DiBella said.
Officers Adam Ewart and Andrew Slota responded to the restaurant at 304 East Lacey Road in Forked River at 5:50 p.m. on Oct. 1 on a report of a disturbance, the chief said.
Investigation at the scene led to the arrest of Jeffrey J. Nadler, 57, Marquis Street, Toms River. He was taken to police headquarters, where he was also charged with refusal to provide breath samples and reckless driving, DiBella said.
