Lacey Residents Indicted on Theft, Stolen Credit Card Charges

Grand juries hand up indictments

Ocean County grand juries handed up the following indictments of local residents last week:

Gabriella Terrill, 21, of Devon Street was indicted on two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card after police said she used a stolen card on two occasions at in February.

Terrill used a stolen Kohl's card to buy merchandise at the township store on Feb. 4 and 7, the indictment states.

She was released on a summons.

Antonio Giudice, 46, of Forked River was indicted on a theft of services charge.

Giudice obtained gas service from New Jersey Natural Gas by deception from Jan. 19, 2010, to June 23, 2011, the indictment states.

He was released on a summons.

Joseph Caputo, 22, of Forked River was indicted on a theft charge.

Caputo stole various items of jewelry worth more than $500 from two Lacey women between Aug. 29 and Oct. 17, the indictment states. 

He was released on a summons.
