Police: 5 Trespass on Private Property

DWI and shoplifting arrests

Five Lacey residents were charged for allegedly trespassing on private property.

Kyle Spatz, 18, of Forked River along with three Lacey Township juveniles face trespassing charges after police found them on the property of a vacant home located on Hidden Harbor Place in Lanoka Harbor on May 4 at approximately 11:14 p.m.

Spatz, two 14-year-old girls and two 17-year old males were charged with defiant trespass. Spatz was also charged with two motor vehicle violations.

May 8

Margaret Soja, 47, of Lanoka Harbor was stopped by police at the intersection of Route 9 and Lacey Road at 10:45 p.m. Soja was charged with DWI and driving while suspended for DWI.

Antonio Willis, 40, of Forked River was arrested and charged with shoplifting $73.41 worth of property from Walmart. Willis also had an outstanding Ocean County violation of probation warrant. He was sent to Ocean County Jail.

At 8:18 p.m. Marc Buchta, 43, of Forked River was charged with driving while suspended for a DWI and was also arrested for an outstanding Ocean County warrant.

Donna Phalski, 53, of Egg Harbor City was charged for DWI and allegedly leaving the scene of an accident after striking several wooden pillars on Capstan Drive at 11:10 p.m.
