Wanted Manahawkin Man Arrested At South Toms River Wawa: Lacey PD

A Manahawkin man wanted by Cape May County Superior Court was arrested Monday after harassing Wawa customers, Lacey police said.

SOUTH TOMS RIVER, NJ — A Manahawkin man wanted by Cape May County Superior Court was arrested Monday after harassing Wawa customers, Lacey police said.

Police responded to a report of a man harassing customers at the Wawa on Route 9 in South Toms River just after 10:30 p.m.

Officers found that Roger Hanson, 35, of Manahawkin, was wanted by Cape May County Superior Court for violations of unlawful possession of a weapon and failure to appear. Officers also found Hanson had marijuana during the arrest, police said.

Hanson was lodged in the Ocean County Correctional Facility and is awaiting transport to Cape May County, according to police.
