Crash Near Ocean County Park Closes Rt. 88 Lanes Saturday: DOT

LAKEWOOD, NJ - A motor vehicle crash on Route 88 in Lakewood has prompted commuting delays in the area Saturday morning, authorities said.

As of 9:54 a.m., there’s a crash and a utility pole down on Route 88 in both directions east of Ocean County Park in Lakewood, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

All lanes are currently closed and detoured, the agency said.
