2 New Restaurants To Open At Mercer On One In Lawrence

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — Mercer On One, the mall located on Route 1 will be welcoming two new eateries.

Lazy Dog Restaurant, which serves made-from-scratch American food and drinks will occupy 8,511 square feet at the mall. The restaurant will offer a distinctive blend of elevated comfort cuisine amid a laid-back ambiance. The restaurant is expected to open in 2025, the developer said.

The second restaurant to open will be Nan Xiang Express. Known for serving modern Chinese food, the restaurant will occupy 2,817 square feet at the mall.

Nan Xiang Express is scheduled to open in the spring of 2025.

Formerly known as Mercer Mall, Mercer On One unveiled its new name and signage in the fall of last year.

Since then, developers Federal Realty Investment Trust have worked diligently to curate a diverse mix of retail, dining, and lifestyle stores at the mall.
