Mercer Co. BOE Candidate Under Fire For Making Inflammatory Online Statements
The candidate identifies himself as "semi-fascist" on X and has made hateful, misogynistic comments, a substack post revealed.

MERCER COUNTY, NJ — A first-time candidate seeking a seat on the Hamilton Township school board is under fire after a local educator compiled and published examples of controversial statements made on his social media account.
Kyle Chadwick, 66, a retired electronic security professional, is running as part of the "Responsible Education Hamilton" slate alongside John Muka and Jessica Trombino.
The controversy centers on Chadwick's activity on X, where he operates under the username Kyle C. His profile header identifies him as "a semi-fascist" and includes statements like "Everything woke SUCKS!!!" And “I love America if you don’t leave.”

Melissa DeFelice, a local educator, documented Chadwick's posts in a Substack publication, urging voters to examine candidates' public statements before casting their ballots.
"Before voting, take time to research your candidates. Look at what they say publicly, how they treat others, and whether their words align with the values we expect from those who serve our children. The internet is forever, and a candidate’s digital footprint tells you more than any campaign slogan ever will," DeFelice wrote in what she labeled as editorial commentary.

Among the posts highlighted in DeFelice's review are several from this year containing inflammatory language.
In one instance, Chadwick referred to George Floyd as “trash” and junkie scum bag”.
Another post reshared an image featuring profanity-laced anti-Islamic messaging. In a separate post questioning the contributions of female astronauts, Chadwick asked whether women in space "cook or clean or do anything of value."
The substack piece examined the account and revealed a pattern of posts containing profanity and derogatory language directed at various groups, including women, immigrants, and members of the LGBTQ community.
Chadwick participated in candidate forums throughout the campaign season, where he discussed his interest in serving on the school board despite having no prior experience in elected office.
In a chat with Communitynews.org, Chadwick said he’s been a Hamilton resident for 40 years and worked in the electronics security business before retiring in 2023. The school district was one of the clients he served.
His latest post on X refers to the piece on substack and has a photo of President Donald Trump flashing the middle finger, with Chadwick commenting: “Well some lefty loon found my X account and is bashing me on sub stack to try and make sure I am not elected to my school board to her I have one short message.”
The Hamilton Township school board election will take place in November, with voters deciding who will fill the three vacant seats.
