Motorcyclist Thrown From Bike, Seriously Injured In Mercer Co. Crash
Southbound Rt 130 was closed to all traffic for around three hours after the crash.
MERCER COUNTY, NJ - A motorcyclist was seriously injured after he crashed into a car in on Sunday morning, Hamilton police said.
Around 9:45 a.m. on Sunday, a 2013 Lexus SUV, driven by a 55-year-old woman from Columbus NJ, and a 2018 Kawasaki Ninja motorcycle, driven by a 23-year-old man from Ewing, collided while traveling northbound on Rt 130 near Marketplace Blvd Extension.
After the crash, the driver of the motorcycle was ejected from the motorcycle and continued across the southbound lanes of Rt 130 before coming to a stop, police said. He suffered serious bodily injuries and was taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center at Fuld for treatment.

The driver of the Lexus was uninjured.

The names of all involved parties have been withheld pending notification to family members.
The crash is being investigated by Officers Hendricksen and Mandelko of the Hamilton Police Division Traffic Unit.
