New Revolving Sushi Bar Is Coming To Lawrenceville

The restaurant is slated to open in late October.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ – A new sushi place is all set to open in Lawrenceville.

Kura Sushi, known for its authentic revolving sushi experience, will open its restaurant at Mercer on One, said Federal Realty Investment Trust, a real estate investment trust (REIT).

The restaurant will occupy a 3,634 square foot space and is slated to open in late October.

This will mark Kura Sushi's sixth location in New Jersey, joining their network of 80 locations throughout 22 states.

The restaurant's dining experience features a Revolving Sushi Bar, which allows guests to select dishes they see as they float by, as well as an Express Belt for selective orders delivered table-side.

Each sushi plate is the same set price per location, and they also offer udon, ramen, side dishes, and desserts.

Kura began as a traditional sushi restaurant in Japan in 1977, launching its revolving sushi concept nearly a decade later, according to the company's website.

Mercer on One, located at the intersection of Route 1 and Quakerbridge Road in Lawrence Township, continues to attract premier dining and retail concepts, further establishing itself as a key destination for Mercer County and nearby Princeton.
