Popular Nashville-Style Chicken Chain Backed By Celebs Debuts In Mercer County

MERCER, NJ — Dave's Hot Chicken is bringing its Nashville-style heat to Mercer County for the first time.
The fast-growing spicy chicken chain opened its doors in Hamilton on Friday. They are located at 770 Route 33 in Hamilton, taking over a space previously occupied by Boston Market.
Founded eight years ago as a parking lot pop-up in West Hollywood, Dave's Hot Chicken specializes in hot chicken sliders and tenders with adjustable spice levels ranging from mild to burn-your-face-off hot. The menu also features sides including mac and cheese, kale slaw, and cheese fries.

Based in California, Dave’s was first started in 207 by a group of four friends as a Hollywood parking lot pop-up. From there, they have expanded to almost 37 states.
Hip-hop artist Usher and rapper Drake are celebrity investors in the eatery.

The brand has exploded to more than 300 locations across the U.S., Canada, Qatar, and Dubai.
Dave's Hot Chicken first entered New Jersey three years ago with a Wayne location and has since expanded to Kearny, Secaucus, Cherry Hill, Sicklerville, Union, Ocean Township, Paramus, and East Brunswick.
