Robyn A. Klim successfully earned her Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) from the American College of Education, the school district said.

LAWRENCEVILLE, NJ — The Superintendent of Lawrence Township Public Schools successfully earned her doctorate, the school district announced.
Superintendent of Schools Robyn A. Klim successfully earned her Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) from the American College of Education.
Klim, who is in her 12th year as a school administrator with over a decade of central office-level experience, earned her Bachelors in Social Work from Rutgers University and her Master's degree from Fordham University.

Her roots started in mental health as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, which continues to influence her educational philosophy, emphasizing the importance of social-emotional support, mental health, and overall well-being for students.
Klim's doctoral thesis, Strategic Curricular Design: A Qualitative Case Study of the Curriculum and Instruction Changes Necessary to Improve Student Performance in Middle School, sheds light on innovative approaches to curriculum development and instructional strategies and is already positively impacting Lawrence schools.

“Education is something that can never be taken away from you,” Klim said. “I learned so much from my colleagues in the program and their invaluable perspectives on the growing trends and innovation in education.”
“Earning a terminal degree while taking the seat as Superintendent of schools this fall has been incredibly surreal,” Klim said. “This accomplishment is not just my own, but a reflection of the dedication and hard work of many.”
Lawrence Township Public Schools congratulated Klim on her achievement and is excited about the positive impact her continued dedication to education will have on the district.
