Holiday House Tour To Feature Little Silver Estate
An estate in Little Silver will both be stops on a holiday house tour benefiting the Visiting Nurses Association.

Little Silver is a prime destination this holiday, for one holiday tour.
A Little Silver estate, owned by Vivian and Rocco Ruggiero, will be one of four featured properties on the 41st Annual Holiday House Tour and Boutique to benefit the Visiting Nurse Association (VNA) Health Group Hospice Program on Friday, December 5 from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The VNA-hosted Holiday House tour will be self-guided, with the doors open on all four beautiful estates in Rumson, Middletown and Little Silver, all within the Two River area of Monmouth County.
Other estates included on the tour are an estate in Rumson, owned by Sarah and Colin Bradley, and Riverwind, the mind-blowing estate in Middletown that Patch told you could be yours for $8.5 million, and Cobble Close Farm, the historic home with Titanic-sized history, will be a special stop on a house tour benefiting those in need this holiday season.

Riverwind is listed by Sarah Pomphrey and Mara H. Browndorf through Coldwell Banker Previews International. A renowned Middletown County estate on 17 waterfront acres, Riverwind is surrounded by views of the Navesink River andfeatures: a 10,000 square-foot main home with eight bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, three half-baths, 11 fireplaces and an elevator servicing three floors. This holiday tour will also feature top-notch dining from Rumson. The boutique at the Salt Creek Grille will offer holidays gifts and be open from 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a special preview on Thursday, December 4 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Salt Creek Grille is also a popular spot for those looking for a traditional Thanksgiving dining-out experience.
