A Monmouth County grand jury indicted a 36-year-old Oceanport man last Tuesday on two drug possession charges. Quirino Vasquez, whose address in the indictment is listed as a dorm at Monmouth Raceway Park, faces charges of cocaine possession and possession with intent to distribute. The charges stem from a July 5, 2013 arrest in Oceanport.
