First-Ever Michael Burton Football Camp Coming To Long Valley
Long Valley native, Wolfpack alum hosting three-hour camp to benefit charity June 25.

LONG VALLEY, N.J. – Michael Burton may have won Bowl games at Rutgers University and is now a starting fullback in the NFL, but he’ll never forget his roots.
The lifelong Long Valley resident who made it big in 2015 by being drafted to the Detroit Lions, where he spent his first NFL season blocking, catching, and scoring a touchdown, is bringing that talent back home for his first-ever football camp to benefit charity.
The inaugural Michael Burton Football Camp will be held Saturday, June 25 at West Morris Central High School from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for kids between the ages of five and 14. The day camp will feature non-contact football drills and training tips for all attendees, who will receive t-shirts and an autographed photo of Burton.
